Move the right work
to Cloudflare.

We help engineering teams plan and deliver a bounded Cloudflare migration: decide what belongs there, move it in testable stages, and hand it over with clear operating responsibilities.

Prepare a migration brief

Inquiries are currently closed. The contact page lets you prepare a local brief; nothing is sent.

Start with a decision.
Not a full-cloud move.

The first paid milestone is a fixed-scope migration assessment for one application estate. We agree the sources, review limits, deliverables, timing, and fee before work begins.

You get a current architecture and cost baseline, a dependency and compatibility review, target options, and a staged migration plan with acceptance checks and a rollback approach. Cost scenarios show their sources, assumptions, and unknowns—not promised savings.

The recommendation is GO, STAGED_GO, or NO_GO. Keeping the current platform, retaining an external database, or using a hybrid design can be the right answer. The assessment stands on its own; it does not commit you to implementation.

Then deliver
the agreed migration.

If the decision supports a move, we agree a separate implementation scope with milestone fees, named owners, test environments, and acceptance criteria. Candidate starting points include object storage, a static front end, CDN/DNS/WAF consolidation, or a bounded Workers workload—subject to compatibility review.

Delivery covers the agreed configuration or application changes, migration tests, a parallel run where needed, and rollback rehearsal. Database, stateful, and background workloads need explicit compatibility and recovery evidence; they are not assumed to be drop-in replacements.

Each production cutover requires separate client approval of the exact environment, change window, acceptance checks, rollback triggers, and decision owner. We agree a bounded stabilization period and hand over the operating notes, test results, remaining issues, and ownership.

Optional support.
Explicit boundaries.

Ongoing monitoring, optimization, and support are not included by default. If needed, they are separately scoped around coverage hours, response expectations, escalation ownership, access, and fees.

This is migration delivery, not an automatic replacement for every cloud service. No savings, uninterrupted cutover, or compliance outcome is guaranteed. We do not claim Cloudflare partnership or certification.

A useful brief.
A bounded next step.

Describe the application, current platform, reason for considering a move, and who owns the decision. Keep the initial brief high-level: no bills, confidential architecture, customer records, credentials, or access details.

Any engagement needs an agreed scope, fee, data-handling and access arrangements, customer responsibilities, and acceptance process before delivery starts. Preparing a brief does not book work or authorize a migration.
